Mechanical infrastructure delivered and validated across the most demanding AI and HPC deployments in the United States. From 10 MW builds to 972 MW campuses, every system performs under real load.
Upstate New York, United States
TeraWulf's Lake Mariner facility in upstate New York is one of the most ambitious high-performance computing deployments in the nation. Data Airflow provides the complete mechanical infrastructure for the campus, which spans 972 MW of planned capacity.
The project demanded cooling systems capable of supporting next-generation compute hardware at extreme densities. Data Airflow's engineering team designed and specified the full mechanical scope, from central chiller plants and chilled water distribution through rack-level cooling distribution units.
David Musgrave, Data Airflow's Project Manager on site, oversees the mechanical construction and commissioning phases. His background in construction management at TBI Construction and Skyline Construction brings the field discipline that keeps a project of this magnitude on schedule.
The Lake Mariner engagement spans the full Data Airflow lifecycle. Engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning all run under one contract, eliminating the handoff gaps that delay most builds of this scale.
